Late & No Show Policy
LIfe happens and things come up which I completely understand. I do ask that you contact me at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or rescheule your appointment. Last minute cancellations make it difficult for me to accomodate another guests. Canceling less than 48 hours before your appointment or failing to show up for your appointment will result in a fee berfore you can rebook.

Knowing how valuable your time is, I try very hard to run on time and communicate if I am running behind. If you find yourself running late please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accomodate your services. However, running more than 10 minutes late may alter the services you will be able to receive at your appointment.
Service Gaurantee & Refunds
I am very committed to providing you with a service you will love but I also know that sometimes adjustments are needed. If you find yourself in need of anything please feel free to reach out. If within 7 days of your initial appointment there will be no additonal charge. However, at any time if anything comes up please let me know. I welcome open communication. I do not offer refunds for servcies rendered.
Home Maintenace
Home maintenance is a vital part of your hair experience, especially with extensions. All home maintenace will be explained and discussed at your appointment. Also for extensions, a print out will be given with your appointment. Again if there is ever any questions please feel free to reach out. With any color or extension service, professional products must be used as part of your home maintenace.
